For your information, it is the Microsoft Store not Vantage which is prompting you to sign in with a Microsoft account. Also for your information, you can click on "No Thanks" and the Store will download and install Vantage anyway.
This is the same for any app which comes from the Store, not just Vantage. The local user account is configured to be a standard user and not an administrator. When the user logs in and tries to run Lenovo Vantage for the first time, the app tries to run "LenovoDependency.
Is there any way to avoid this? Are you using the factory preload, or are you using your own image? If you're using your own image, then you will have to install "Lenovo Vantage Service" as a prerequisite to Lenovo Vantage if you want to avoid this kind of prompting. I cannot install the new vantage. I Rt click, run it as admin, its starts, I get the permission request, I click "yes", but then nothing happens.
