This is a stupid question, but is this the 'core' book with everything I need to run a game? I'm a little late to the party and there's such a wealth of great looking literature to accompany the game, that I'm a little overwhelmed. Not a stupid question at all! The "Game Masters Guide" is an excellent resource for GMs' who are looking to run a game of Outbreak: Undead and use all the tool in the tool chest! Is there a way I can remove some of the watermarks? They're just giant black boxes that cover up the text, making some parts of the book unreadable.

Competence Points and how characters generally get them is covered on page 60 of this Survivor's Guide there are a couple options available for this. As for the Outbreak Level, published Scenarios will set this generally, but it is essentially up to the GM and the Scenario they have constructed though again, there are some options in how you can approach this.
Is there a reason the character sheet is listed as fillable and isn't? Our local file works, but it's not translating to the product page for some reason. Hi, I have a huge problem and I can't find any way to fix it. My problem is that I have none of the materials to play the game. I can't find the dice or any other materials we need to play the game.
I searched far and wide for the materials, and the only thing I see with them is the Starter Kit. The thing is, everywhere I look, the starter kit is "Out of print. I just need to know where I can buy the supplies I need to play.
Thanks for your help. Hey Reilly, sorry for the delay in response. The only materials you need in order to play are some dice, specifically two d10s and some d6s in four colors so you can make dice pools. It doesn't require any of the mentioned extras or the custom dice there are details in the book for using normal d6. That said, all of the accessories are not yet on sale as they are currently in production along with the physical copies of the Gamemaster's Guide.
Once they are finished being made they'll become available for sale. If so how did you go about it? A couple of friends and I have been ramping up a game using Tabletop Simulator. We like 3d maps. That said, I looked at a few others and TTS is just the right way to go for us.
I did a number of things to keep the rules at hand for easy lookup. You will probably want to have a separate character sheet for the stronghold. I brought in the GM screen for ease of use. Counters for things like depletion points are handy. I grabbed a ton of miniatures made from the Left for Dead series and 3d map bits.
